Figuratively Speaking… Some More

The book is done and just back from the publisher.

What a great experience.

Working on a book is a good thing to do. But working with a small group, looking deeper into your own art, pushing yourself and refining your own critical eye is a real leap forward.

We also came together and did a short five-minute video, each of us talking about our experience, the book, about figure drawing. Take a look and see what you think.

The debut of this endeavor is tomorrow night—we are having a reception and book signing (just like the celebrities) and leading into a weekend long open studio that will include exhibiting some selected works from the book.
